Just adding a plate either side for the HSPU's was a killer. I didn't think it would make too much of a difference but man it was hard. I was having to do singles in the end & it really slowed me down.

I had nothing left in that last 750m row, shoulders were dead. Quality 20min workout though!!!

Well 18.11 for me I too did my HSPU's on the Blue plates Macca. Defo made it a bit tougher. I am so glad I didn't spot Dartren's time before I started cos I might not have bothered!!!

Still can't get my head around 13 minutes. Must have been flying!!
