Did this one this morning as I couldn't train in the evening, thought it would be quicker then it was then broke it down.

HSPU off 2 yellow plates onto abmat, cheeky cheeky slowed me down,

then the cleans were prob steady pace considering grace is only an extra 6 reps and then burpees were emotional.

All in all 7.15 total time, had no idea what a good time was so we will see.

I had a bash at Nancy this morning because I didn't do it yesterday. I had forgotten how much I truly hate that WOD & was somehow 4 minutes slower compared to my last time! My shoulders are in bits.

Nancy can go f*@k herself, I never want to see her again!
