I was good, a real lung buster. 16:00 mins RX'd & could have gone a bit harder on the ring dips & pull ups I think.

Graham you only would have moaned as much as Toby did this morning when he saw this WOD!

Didn't enjoy this WOD, those jumping squats are a bugger. The sides of my shins have been hurting all day from them - can't wait to see how they are tomorrow!!!
