Somethings wrong . . . . Another strength session that enjoyed. Whats going on?! Was chuffed that I finally broke the 100kg mark on my back squat & got PB's on the shoulder press & deadlift aswell.

105/65/160 = 330

Continue to be amazed at how a distinct lack of heavy lifting can result in personal bests on 2 out of 3 exercises.
