7.24 rx'd on this one today, I did it in 6.56 last time but had to use bands on HSPU's so got to be happy with that one tonight.

Especially as I had a cold so all good in the hood!!

HandStand Push Ups need work but still happy with the result. And 102Kg now so good times ahead.
