I thought that this was going to be a lot easier than it actually was. A lot of tricep & shoulder work & my arms just went numb at one point!
Macca which bit did you struggle on?
Shoulder press mainly, I was doing it in reps of 3 which took me a fair bit of time to complete. My arms felt dead which then made me struggle a bit towards the end of the press ups & burpees.
5.23 on this one, those bloody shoulder press slowed me down and gave my bro the edge!! Nearly caught you on the burpees old bean, NEARLY!!
