We tried, but decided one all day wod was enough for this month lol!

Didn't enjoy the OHS very much but did enjoy rolling a 25kg weight over Fryers foot :) Good times.

Macca i think i love you, please tell me he had his five fingers on and you managaed to film it?

I can confirm that he had his five fingers on & it looked quite painful! I rolled the weight towards my bar & he was talking to me, saw it coming but didn't move & it wobbled at exactly the right time to fall over on his foot. Cue a lot of cussing & hopping around the gym!!!

Unfortunately no video evidence. . . .

I just did 5k in under 23 minutes, according to the guy that runs the hotel i am in anyway!!!

I ran he said how far it was and it took me 22.41 which is a PB if he is right about the distance

STOP THE PRESS! Gareth just spotted that I did 45kgs OHS this morning which by my reckoning means I smashed Toby at a strength wod? Like it!

9:40ish and a couple of seriously fried thighs. Didn't think I would struggle as much as I did but tabata has finished off what the prowler started on saturday. Ouch!!
