Macca AKA "Mr commitment" has taken on the the morning wod alone again...not sure what he found more challenging...the overhead work or me singing along to every round :]

Au Contraire D-Star, the singing got me through the WOD. The overhead work didn't tkae long to hit me hard & those lunges in the middle are proper cheeky!
Oh well, couple of days off now & feel better for knowing that I've worked hard this week & can now eat & drink more over the festive period. . . . Merry Christmas to you all.
