Massive lactic build up after just the 1st set of HSPU's & dips. Struggled from then on in & did the last set of HSPU's all as singles!!!

Still a good time Macca if you did as rx'd, 45 HSPU's is not an easy task.

It was RX'd but I think I was a bit naive thinking that this would be an easier WOD!

9.17 for me 12 second pb but not happy, i thought i would go sub 9 all the hspu's i have been doing are obviously not helping!!!

Still second on the board is second at the end of the day doesn't matter if its a second or 4 minutes between us!!!

11:38 and the first time I did this RX. Dips killed me as always...Really need to work on these.
