As I wanted it documented I had better make sure that the info is accurate. It was only 2kg's over!
Quality WOD though, pretty tough but the benches were the toughest part. Be interesting to see how some of the big boys get on with those later :)
As Macca rounded up his body weight does this mean he attempted the WOD with three empty bars or one empty bar and a selection of pencils from reception?
No need Wiles! All those strength sessions have paid off, I have moved on from the PVC pipe!
