I managed 5 rounds & found it tougher than I thought. So I then got talked into doing Fight Gone Bad with Graham & finished with a score of 246, 1 rep off the previous score back in September.
Good work Macca, good show on both WOD's still annoyed with myself that I didn't work till the end but 5 rounds was pretty tough after the heavy back squats.
Enjoyed it though good to have company
I enjoyed it, I can see that one working it's way into the regular rotation!
You definately should have started that 6th round though especially as you mentioned Spealler got to 7!
