18 something, what a load of horlicks!! 4mins slower then last time. I can only put it down to JT the day before my shoulders were hanging and I am in a whole lot of pain today!!! Never mind head back in the game tomorrow.

Hated the hang power cleans & knew they would slow me up! Once I got my technique going though I found them a little easier.
Managed to hang in there by smashing through the squats pretty much unbroken, the last 15 were the exception!
9:16 and used every band in the gym...Thos pesky Muscle Ups are doing my head in!!
